  • Re-ranked the whole list around expected payout for new money (TxFlow first, Variational second as the hold): airdrop pool at a base-case FDV, odds of a token inside 12 months, how crowded the points are, and what the team has shipped.
  • Added TxFlow, Arcus, QFEX, RISEx, Bulk, Decibel, Nado, Entropy, Hibachi, Melee, Kuru and Phoenix. Each guide now shows an expected FDV range, the airdrop pool, a team score and a one-line call.
  • History: recipients, averages, launch FDVs and totals re-checked against X, Dune and official posts (via Grok); prices and all-time highs refreshed from CoinGecko. Moved the drops that already happened (Lighter, Backpack, BasedApp, USD.AI, Puffpaw, Extended) to History, and marked Polymarket, Base and MetaMask as long shots with the live Polymarket odds next to them.
  • Every X-only claim (Hibachi's Nov 8 end date, Bulk's 30%+, Arcus's dYdX carve-out, Predict.fun's 'nearly over') was re-checked on X directly and through Grok. Where a number only lives in a blog post, the guide says so.
  • The predictions panel now shows the market-implied FDV (the rung where Polymarket odds cross 50%) instead of whichever rung had the highest yes.
