What is Melee?
A creator-driven parimutuel prediction market on Solana, in invite-gated beta. Variant led the pre-seed ($3.5M total with DBA; angels Meltem Demirors, Anatoly Yakovenko, Santiago Santos); the team is reported as ex-Solana, Avalanche, Monad and SIG. Everyone starts with a Melee Score of 1,000 and moves through ranks from Bronze to Champion as markets they trade or create resolve. Creators earn a cut of trades on their markets.
