How we got the FDV: A Sequoia-led $30m seed with Jump, Coinbase and Lux on the cap table: between Backpack's $228m launch and a premium for the team. Tread.fi at $40–50m is the floor. Pure assumption; there is no token language.

Catalyst turns a plain-English idea into a strategy its agents execute after you approve each step, across spot, perps, tokenized stocks and prediction markets; copy trading went live on Polymarket Oct 26. $30m seed led by Sequoia (Oct 8, 2026) with Jump, PeakXV, Lux, AntiFund, Coinbase and Premji; founders Justin Zheng (ex-Worldcoin) and Dylan Iskandar (Stanford Jane Street scholar), engineers from Palantir, Scale, Citadel and Jump. About 15 official posts and none mention points or a token, which is exactly the shape early Hyperliquid had.
Cut it if: a points program launches with flat emissions (sybil race), or the team rules out a token.
Who's farming it: @airdrops_io (Oct 13) ranks it first among AI-agent airdrops but says no token is confirmed. @CryptoMilovat (Oct 9) warns there is no token and to watch for scams. Nothing from the big perp farmers. The 'Hype Card' going round is a community tool, not official.
