On Oct 20 Imperial merged the Armada perp DEX into one brand (1 bp fees) and on Oct 26 said points are live; about 20k points were out by Oct 25. A $1.5M seed at a $15M valuation is reported but unverified; the only named founder is a Solana Hacker House co-founder. Nothing about a token.

What is Imperial?
A Solana perpetuals exchange formed in October 2026 by merging Armada into the Imperial brand ('every market, one terminal'), charging 1 bp per trade. Points launched October 26. Not related to Ellipsis Labs' Phoenix, which Imperial stopped routing to on Oct 23.
