How we got the FDV: A Paradigm-led $15m Series A (Jun 2025) on top of $10m from Maven 11, Wintermute, Robot Ventures and IMC; team from Citadel, Jump, HRT and Palantir. Comp: dYdX ~$105m floor, Aster as the ceiling. Assumption.

Founders Enzo Coglitore and Matteo Lunghi (ex-Palantir), with Nate Burbage and Moses Lee, raised about $25m including a $15m Series A led by Paradigm (Jun 2025) after a seed with Wintermute, GSR, Flow Traders, IMC, Robot Ventures and Maven 11. The product pivoted twice, from a MegaETH order book to its own stack to an AI trading app ('EDGE') settling on LayerZero's Zero chain, which goes live Nov 30. The ranked waitlist pays points for social tasks only, and the 2025 testnet's ~700k users got nothing. Early-access cohorts are tiny, which is the only angle that beats the crowd.
